Hey Guys,
Can anyone help me id this rod. A friend of mine found it where he works and wonders who the maker is. The rod is an 8'6" 3/2 with a mild swelled
butt and a ruby agate stripper. The ferrules have rolled welts and there are no markings left on the shaft.

Almost looks like a FE Thomas but that's just a guess...

Thanks for taking a shot Dave, I think we're both on the same page that the reel seat indicates a better then average quality rod.
